Is this an amazing idea or no?

I was thinking of an idea for a book where the book looks like its telling one story but in reality is telling another story simultaneously through the narrators' comments (yes i put the apostrophe in the right spot, ill get to it in a minute).

So, I decided there would be this Narrating company where narrators just spend their hours at work recording narrations and comments on books. This book happens to be all of the recordings of the employees narrating a book about a black panther named Malcolm. The story theyre narrating is actually very poorly written on purspose, as that provides more opportunities for the narrators to comment their opinions and thoughts.

The book is subdivided into sections of different people narrating. They're not exactly chapters as they vary widely in length and don't end at a specific landmark in the storyline, just when the narrators' shifts end.

So now about the second story part. I haven't quite decided what I want it to be about, but some sort of drama will happen in the workplace that all the narrators will be talking about and inserting in their commentary whilst narrating the other unrelated story about the black panther. It would be kind of short, as it takes a lot of text to tell a story purely through narrator commentary. But yeah, what do you guys think? Is it a groundbreaking idea or nah?
