Is It Okay to Clean/Keep Chicken Bones?
I wanna de-bone the chicken legs and thighs I was gonna cook and keep the bones. Is it okay to use the same defleshing, degreasing, and/or whitening methods I’ve seen for bones like that? This would be before I cooked the chicken, of course, I already looked it up and pretty much everyone was saying that it’s a bad idea to try and preserve already cooked chicken bones.
