Need advice! Lizardmen got pounded in league 😅

I played my first league match as Lizardmen against Ogres and I got pow’ed to the ground. Played the Krox and four setup. First round he got my Krox and a Saurus send off for the rest of the match. Ended the game with only three players on the field. Match ended 0-0 as I got in my own way at a crucial point in the match and failed a dodgeroll and the reroll 😣.

I now have a Saurus with a niggling injury, a saurus with -1 ST and a skink with -1 AV. My next match is against Necromantic. Got any advice for a new player?
