Does Bladee Drive?

Does he actually have his licence because we only hear of ecco pulling up in a rover but what about bladee does he pull up in Heelys? 😭also since no one awnsered my other question and I still can't find any awnser who is JOSEPH- PULL UP IN A LOTUS SITTING NEXT TO JOSEPH WHO THE HEEELLLL IS JOSEPH 😭
