Random Stuttering

I’m running most settings at low and pulling 130-200fps.

Why at certain parts in the map is this happening. It’s extremely frustrating and never happened in season 1.

Also when calling in a hellstorm strikes game Literally freezes and crashes. It’s just that killsreak.
