If you’re scared at the gym
You don’t know what to do, where to go, how to use the machines, or do any of the exercises…
Well you could just go straight to the treadmills, bikes, stair climber, or elliptical (somewhere you can spend time and already do know what to do) and watch. Go slow, no need to push hard for this… Seriously just go to a spot where it’s not weird to spend a long time and just people watch. See how people use the machines or do the exercises, see what you wanna do. You can learn without feeling weird. Then go try those things with light weights and see how they feel to you. You can always repeat the people watching to find other things to do as you wanna expand.
