16 classes per month results
So, I splurged on the membership (16 classes per month) for an entire year during the sale and quit my Equinox membership (prices kept going up and my location was very outdated and small). I've always loved various boutique fitness classes, mainly pilates and barre type workouts, but got very into Barry's the past year and have done somewhere around 100 classes total. Hoping 4 classes a week can be my entire routine but definitely worried about not getting enough core exercises and stretching in. Wondering anyone's experience with just 4 classes a week/something similiar? For context I'm already somewhat fit 33F, walk a lot, moderately active lifestyle, etc. Not sure what goals to have. Thanks!
