26th birthday challenge- whatcha doin’?
Happy challenge month! Curious what everyone had committed to and their strategy for completion 😊 I did 20 last spring but ended up injuring my hip from the aggressive running so this time I am doing 12 and limiting to: - one run & lift (regular red room) a week max, will sub for ride & lift if needed - the rest will be all double floor or LIFT classes
