scorptech support non existent?
so i ordered some fans and a controller from scorptech on the 3rd this month, and up to this day still it says “to be dispatched” so it hasn’t even left the warehouse yet and im needing this items somewhat before christmas, i send an email about it and hours later still nothing, so i decide to call up to be put on hold for <10 minutes to get a bot telling me nobody is available and hang up, is their customer service always like this? i understand its a busy time of the year but every other computer part site i’ve bought from during the same time period has had no issues
