Battlenet vs steam and patch notes

Why is the battlenet edition 20$ more expensive at 90$? Will the price come down to steams 70$ at launch in 8 hours?

And will there be a day one patch and if so where can I find the patch notes? Been reading a lot of feedback I want to see what they adress on the first day.
