Cant access my audible account even though I am already signed in

This is about as stupid as it gets. There are lots of people out there with genuine issue with Audible. I am not one of them. I lost my password and the phone number I put in with this account was apparently incorrect because its not recognising my phone number for password resets.

So what that leaves me with: a signed in Audible account on my old phone.

The inability to ever login again and access any of my books.
