How does a single person spend time in Toronto?

I should add “without friends”. I’m a truly single person. I promise I’m not horrible but I’m not originally from here and while I have made a few friendships, not many have stuck. The few friends that I do have are usually pretty busy or live far away. Anyway, I have done the “typical”- improv, salsa dancing, fitness classes, random classes… I have met a lot of cool people but it just doesn’t stick for the above reasons I mentioned. I feel very lonely. No one talks to me. I go through days without hearing my own voice. I am very single and frustrated.

My main aim is to find a partner but at this rate I really don’t think it’s doing to happen. <\3

I am currently in therapy and working on my self-esteem issues and I must admit, I’m the most confident I’ve ever been in my life! I’ve tried online dating but the men are flakey and I’m not the prettiest or the most conventionally attractive (just stating facts) so it really doesn’t work for me.

Can someone please give me ideas on things to do in the city to get me out of the house on the weekends? Things that won’t look weird as a single woman doing. I really feel lost. I’m trying to enjoy this city as much as I can and hopefully meet a partner along the way.
