My theory/hypothesis on Terra. (Massive spoiler)

This just a theory/hypothesis/idea that pop to me.

The idea is Terra is an artificial planet that was created by the ancient civilization.

Because I find it weird as to why the ancient race made stuff like The Law of Laterano, the Gate at the ice field, the teach of Aegir and all other stuff.

That when the idea that all of Terra was an artificial planet made to be testing ground for experiments to try and figure out a way to beat or survive the Observer.

Edit: Some stuff I forgot to add. But one other reason for me to believe they made Terra is because the Observer probably have map of star system and to hide and to come with solutions they made Terra and soon after cover it with Star pod to conceal it this way they have planet size testing ground while keeping low profile.
