Did long term combination contraceptive pill use play a role in me developing AS?

I’ve been on the pill since I was 16, I’m now 24. Pain flares and other symptoms started when I was 19, diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis at 24. I don’t know if the answer to this question is out there, or if there’s been enough research, or if there will ever be. no doctors have ever brought up the many risks of birth control other than don’t smoke. Rheum who diagnosed me and prescribed me amjevita didn’t mention anything about birth control being a risk factor for autoimmune diseases (although I didn’t ask). I mostly use it continuously to stop menstruating, and have used it this way for about 8 years now.
