Getting diagnosed posture question
So I have pretty perfect posture and my pain started 1 year ago. main points where I hurt is as soon as I wake up and stand up. During the day it’s a little less but still there. I have pain in si joint and knee pain alternating with mid back. I’m only 20 and reumathologist found nothing from images and blood tests. Pain is bad but not bad to the point where I need nsaid and so far any nsaid I tried (naproxen, arcoxia, ibuprofen, voltaren) all did not even slightly touched my pain. Idk if help but it hurts doing the cat cow pose and cobra pose. So my question is, what should I do? I would really want to go on biologics but without proof I can’t and my fear is that my posture will worsen significantly. I’m already short for a boy at only 5’7 and getting even shorter and hunched over would absolutely kill me. Does posture always worsen? My pain has been slowly worsening maybe and now it’s the same since 6 months or so, some days it’s a bit worse and some better which I thought could be diet but I tried remove starch , gluten dairy and eggs and nothing changed. I’m really frustrated since I’ve always been active before and did not recall having any injury at all.
