Recipe recommendations!!!??

I've eaten turkey, potato, and vegetables almost exclusively for every meal for over 2 years now. I know it's safe, gonna fill me up, and won't consume a ton of time prepping... but I need to branch out.

I'm super burnt out on fish and chicken, but chicken could make a reappearance...

Anyone have any good meal recipes to try out? Pretty much everything makes me sick, so it has to be pretty basic w/ zero lactose, tomatoes, or red meat (obvz). ...But I really need to try out and cook some new recipes and see which ones work or I'm gonna lose my mind.
