I recently traded for an AM95 GSG helmet with visor, any idea how to verify if its real at all? (short of a 9mm)

This was from my friend that I traded with hence the face blur, he reckons its legit as he got it from german dot militaria raffle but I have doubts 🤷‍♂️ (Deffo heavy af though)
