Serious and importanté (Cold weather and kit)

I'm going to a field on the 11th, checked the temp and it will be 3° during the day. I will be wearing a crye precision G3 fit and I'm wearing a lvl3 vest, will this be enough to keep my main body warm or is it recommended that I wear something underneath like a moisture wicking shirt for dryness and warmth. First time playing in winter and I wanna make sure I don't get frozen to death so someone must know what it's like and what's recommend, any help will be much appreciated
