Is Decora + Gyaru a thing?

I’m still very new to gyaru, and I’m going to assume no since I couldn’t find anything online. I know there’s more colourful substyles but I was wondering if there was anything that was specifically like a fusion of decora and gyaru, as I tend to collect accessories. Thanks!
