Quick question Az family history

Can someone point me to the book (chapter would be awesome) where it says Azriel's mom was Illyrian? I remember his dad was an Illyrian lord and that Az's mom and Rhysand's mom were friends. I just don't remember the book saying his mom was Illyrian (and not a human slave).
