All Warning Lights On - HELP

Howdy!

Wanting to know if anyone has a way fixing all these lights that came on at once. 2020 Honda Accord Sport 1.5L

Nothing has been done maintenance and service before the lights. Out of nowhere, these lights came on after a wash. It would start on but decided to unplug the battery for a hard reset and now won’t start at all. Replaced with a new battery and still no luck. Any steps I should consider or parts I should take a closer look? Definitely don’t want to be robbed at the dealership. Thanks in advance! I need a Honda expert sent my way! 💔
