How would you defend against a plague feral from state of decay 2 IRL?

His skull is armored ( can take 3-4 shots from most calibers), run faster than human, infects with a deadly virus, able to dodge some melee attacks, while counterattacking with a powerful series of claw strikes that knock down, and can dodge being hit by a car. He's blind, but but hearing and smell are acute. Sometimes, they may gather in groups of 2-3 individuals. Soooooo, how would you survive vs him?
