Stalled out
So I’m on 10mg and on my 2nd month. Problem is I’ve been stuck at the same weight both months. Zero loss at all and I’m only 15-20 pounds away from my goal.
I’ve amped up my workouts slightly, I eat pretty clean, very low carb, high protein, only drink water.
What’s has everyone else done when they hit a stall?
I’m a 52 year old man. Started at 265 currently at 207 and want to get down to 185-190. But it’s like my body is saying nah.
