The Last Scene, S3E6 (Contains Spoilers!!!)

So we know that the Yellowjackets spent 19 months in the woods, which includes two winters. We know at this point in the show they've gone through one winter. What I'm trying to say is...y'all, do you think they kill the hikers? I feel like that's the only outcome that makes sense since they still have about 4 months left to go?
