WordPress Developer Roadmap
Hi Everyone.
After a few years of severe illness, I'm picking up one of my passions again, web development. I normally use WordPress for this and am thinking of setting up shop as a freelancer or finding a job with a company (unsure yet which one) as a web developer.
For background, I have 2/3 of a Comp Sci Degree (had to leave due to illness). I have experience programming in C#, C++, Java, HTML and CSS. I have less, but still some experience with JavaScript, SQL and PHP. I have not done any significant amount of programming in two and a half years so need to refresh my knowledge, but would not be starting from scratch.
I have put together a list of things to learn in order to become a full stack developer with WordPress. I was wondering if people could look over and offer constructive criticism of the list. Am I missing anything? Are some things on there which are unnecessary? Have I over/under estimated time frames? All the time frames are based on 30 hours of work a week.
