How to get more cut? What to improve?

Im trying to do a cut right now, but wondering what i should be targeting in the gym to lose that stubborn body fat.

Im 5’11 and around 183lbs right now.

What body fat percentage am i at roughly and where do i need to get to for abs to start showing?

What areas of my body should i focus on? How much of a caloric deficit should i be aiming for?

I feel pretty strong and have been hitting PRs but i just dont like the way i look.
