Things you wish you'd known.

Hi, I've recently gone all in on Dwarven Mountain Holds. The battalion box,and some of the individual models (shield bearer etc.)

Before I paint and play, I was wondering if there's anything anybody else wishes they'd known before they started? Or important but little known tips?

Can be about rules or anything old world related.
