can you trade a technocyte coda?

i know you can trade a kuva or sister but i don't know if you can trade/sell the technocyte and if so what would i be looking at in my inventory?

it's the first time that i've not killed a lich/sister but instead converted it and only got the emphemera and the sigil or have i gone about it the wrong way?
