Guardians safety concern

As an annual passholder I’ve noticed that it’s getting worse with the shoving during the preshow and once the doors open everyone rushes and runs and almost tramples you over. I had someone digging into my shoulder and pushing me because they were trying to get in front of me. I also had someone shove me out of the way when they rushed to the door which caused me to lose balance. It’s never been this chaotic and I feel like it’s going to get worse.

Is there a way we can complain about this because I feel like there should be a better or safer way. I’m not sure what it would take for Disney to find a solution and I really hope it doesn’t take someone getting really hurt and then they will do something about it. Just wondering if anyone has the same concern or experience as me
