Vocaloid 5 will not launch

It was working a little while, then stopped when I was trying to download flower voice banks for the program. I used the vocaloid 5 esv, undownloaded and redownloaded thousands of times, but the only thing it will do is show the square, but the editor wont load :( It just shows "iniciating modules (dse)" then closes. Please help
