VA 100% rumors?

I’ve heard you need a single condition at least 50% to go from 90-100, is this like some extra step needed like say I don’t have a 50% rating and my highest ones are 30 (for simplicity say there all 30%) with that logic and VA math I should be eligible for 100% after 8 30%s I know this is very unlikely but in theory would you be paid 100% or still 90 even though your at 95 and it would round to 100%
