No POs from Amazon

Hi everyone,

since the start of 2025, we haven’t received any purchase orders (POs) from Amazon, despite following all relevant processes and agreements on our end. Typically, we’d receive POs on certain days, but this has completely stopped.

Has anyone else faced this issue, especially at the beginning of the year? Could there be specific factors or changes causing this delay?
