At what rank do the random teammates develop brains

I just started valorant ranked and I placed iron 3 and so far I’ve been having fun, but 90% of the time my teammates don’t know how to aim or play as a team (normally one leaves off rip too)

Im assuming once I hit bronze this will stop but I would rather find out now and see if it’s more worth just 3 or 5 stacking ranked instead of soloing
