Do We Think Her Buffer is Gone Already?

We all know RS took a four month hiatus to replenish her buffer, or at least, that’s what she said. The art was getting to be awful, there were a bunch of spelling mistakes in the dialogue, and the plot was all over the place in the weeks leading up to the hiatus. Some of you super sleuths proved on here that RS was indeed writing/drawing her episodes maybe the week of release, which would explain the poor quality. I get it. If you watch Jujutsu Kaisen, you’ll understand; season 2 started off super strong with its animation quality, but overworked animators in the studio had to work at breakneck speed to churn out high quality battle shonen anime episodes, with some episodes being submitted for airing not even an hour before it’s slotted release. The result? Some really lowered quality of animation and mistreated animators.

Anyway, I was reading this weeks fastpass and I noticed a higher number of grammatical and spelling errors present, something that I actually haven’t noticed in a long time. The plot since the comic’s return has been even more all over the place, and while there was no improvement to the art after the hiatus, it seems as though the art is getting bad. Really bad. Persephone looks so awful that even the webtoon comment section is starting to notice.

I wonder if RS stayed true to her word, and actually spent the 4 months padding her buffer, or if she was just taking a mental break, or a little bit of both. I wonder if her buffer is still in place and she’s not churning out chapters every week either because that is a horrible way to live as a content creator. That’s all, just thinking out loud
