0311 Work Hours, including PT

I know this question gets asked a lot, but it's good to get current information.

Is 5:30am-1700 really the standard for 0311s in garrison when you include PT?

Debating between Air Force and Marines, but none of the other "quality of life" issues matter to me as much as this one.
