How long is too long?

Hello guys, im 103 days in since my PD. I entered the US as a touritst, overstayed and applied for AoS after getting married with my wife (USC). I have seen a lot of people getting their EAD/TRAVEL DOCUMENTS days or weeks after biometrics. Its been 2 months since then and still nothing. Should I be worried? I really need to start working and contributing to my household. This process is so frustrating.
