Are calculus classes easier in UB?
So I'm a freshman. I never took calculus in high school. I was expecting calculus to be very difficult because people keep saying, "calculus is hard." I finished calc 1 last semester, and it was pretty easy. Then people started saying calc 2 is significantly harder than calc 1, and I was like, "ok, so that's when the difficulty starts." I am taking calc 2 now, and it's still pretty easy, slightly harder than calc 1, but still easy. In fact, I remember struggling with geometry in high school much more. However, I keep seeing people crying on TikTok saying that they are dying because of calculus, so I started thinking that maybe the calculus they are taking is harder than the calculus I am taking. Are there any transfer students who took calculus at other universities to confirm my stupid theory?
