Should I be concerned?

My daughters dad and aunt are type 1 diabetics. She peed the bed last night, I became a little worried and checked her BS after school today. She's 7. It was 167 and hour after eating 3 chicken nuggets and maybe 4oz of juice. Should I be worried? Appointment made with her pediatrician, but it's a couple days away.
