Machine Armour on a Lt?

I’ve not seen anyone put Machine armour on a Lt. I’ve been looking at the Kingdom of Alba and thinking about going with them and having a Lt with Machine Armour, discounted greatsword, trench club or axe in his offhand, and a submachine gun sounds like a lot of fun.

Is this putting too many eggs in one basket?
