Lizard King(Invincible)- talks like he’s going to lead the Lizard League to greatness but Causes the death of the all of League’s top brass on his very first mission, even managing to lose the victory that Komodo Dragon handed him on a silver platter. Since the Lizard League are never heard about after this blunder it can be assumed that they were wiped out.

Overhaul(My Hero Academia)- performed experiments on his boss’s granddaughter because he believed that he could create some kind of anti quirk weapons and bring the Yakuza into a new golden age. He then Placed his boss into a coma and seized control of the Shie Hassaikai after he found out about what he was doing and tried stop him. This decision would lead to the Shie Hassakai to lose most of it’s members, overhaul’s dignity, and the group’s disbandment

The Emperor of Mankind(Warhammer 40,000)- pre Imperium humanity lore is muddled but under the Emperor’s command Humanity went from a scattered species with little hope of reclaiming their former glory to a slowly dying empire with no allies, the constant threat of chaos, and no hope for a better tomorrow
