does bs psych accept shiftees

hii!!

im a cthm freshie and i was just wondering whether bspsych was accepting shiftees? im planning to shift to bypsych po sana and I wanted to see first whether cos(bspsych in particular) is accepting shiftees before looking at other univs.

also, follow up question, if nagshift po ako will it still be possible po ba for me to have latin honors? i dont have failed courses naman po and i was a deans lister rin nung first term.
