Most underrated tiki drink?
In your eyes, what tiki drink do you wish everyone knew about and loved? I'd love to try out some of everyone's hidden gems and hopefully love them as much as you guys do. Mine is a Port Au Prince. While not exactly hidden, this beast is one of my favorite drinks up with the Zombie, Jungle Bird, and Navy Grog. I used Tiki Modern Cocktail's recipe:
- 2 ounces clairin (Sajous)
- 1/4 oz overproof (Hamilton 151 false idol- also did a float of it on this one)
- 3/4 oz falernum
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice (a bit of puree for mine to brighten up since it's not fresh juice)
- 1/4 oz grenadine
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 6 drops tiki bitters
