$1k First Month, Where to Now?

I started selling on TikTok shop about a month ago with a small local business that a friend and I own. We were able to do over $1k sales in our first month. Tbh- I think we may have got lucky because I'm familiar with how hard it can be to make sales on TikTok shop. I'm learning TikTok shop as I go and am just making very simple video featuring our products (which have done pretty well for just starting). We are currently working with one affiliate but are actively recruiting more as of recently. We have not ran any ads yet but plan to in the future.

My question is to everyone, for those of you who have built a successful store, how do you scale from here? I feel like we are starting to max-out that "beginners" growth and need to start using the tools and features TikTok shop offers. Any advice helps.
