What if Elisabeth had terminated Sue after the first overstay?

I was wondering what would happen if Elisabeth had come to her senses and ordered the terminating kit after the withered finger incident. Would Sue have dissolved into goo? Or would Elisabeth have had to dump a body somewhere? What do you all think?
