The dream is over!!!

I hope someone can help me, tomorrow I should pick up my Tesla Y, I'm so happy but today I woke up from the dream, trying to get insurance I ran into some crazy things, Progressive asked me $5300.00 for six months. I was left in shit, I honestly don't understand, never had any accidents, license without problems, no tickets etc etc.

I live in Florida in Miami.

I really hope for a miracle.
