Nihility and other energies.

So I now know from some research that Nihility is the ultimate destructive energy. But I think there also are other energies.

So for any hardcore Tensura fans out there who know the deepest darkest lore, I have some questions...

1. Nihility collapse: I get that it's an attack that makes someone able to harness the ultimate destructive energy but how? Do they lift their hand and suck in some random energies? How do they "harness" and use it?

2. What other types of supreme and ultimate energies such as Nihility are there? Is there other anti-destructive ones?
