Midnights Autograph, is it real?

TLDR; Realized I have a signed Midnights Vinyl

Back in October, I got 3 Midnights variants- Blood Moon, Moonstone, and Mahagony on EBay, sold in a bundle. These were already opened but appeared in great condition, and it was a great deal ($76 after shipping). When they arrived, I made sure the vinyls played and that they all had their lyric booklets. Since they all have the same booklet, I didn’t pull out every single one. I recently purchased inner sleeves and have slowly been resleeving my vinyls. On Wednesday (which also happened to be my birthday!) I decided to play the Blood Moon variant, I was in a Midnights mood and hadn’t resleeved this one yet. As I pulled out what I thought was the vinyl… I pulled out the signed poster attached. I stood in shock, I had no idea, the EBay seller gave no indication that there was a signed copy. I question if she knew at all, as I see that opened signed Midnights vinyls go for anywhere from $180 to $200 plus…

Can anyone confirm if this is real??? I’m never really “lucky” but from google searches I think it may be, would appreciate if anyone here can confirm. I posted on some FB groups, but my fiancé said if anyone will come through with the brutally honest truth, it’s Reddit 😅. Thanks in advance!
