Can I take 10g of creatine a day?

I’ve been taking creatine monohydrate (5g/day) for ~10 months, and I’ll have to say that I don’t think it’s made much of a difference.

I saw a body builder on instagram that I follow say he’s going to start taking 20g/day, which I think is excessive and far from optimal, but it gave me the idea that maybe I should be taking more creatine. Did a few google searches and found one website that recommends taking 10g/day if 5g doesn’t seem to be doing much. Should I?
