Anyone else NOT like New Atlantis?

I’m 56 hours in and really love the different vibe each city has— all but New Atlantis. Akita city has a Wild West theme that feels kinda like new Vegas to me which I love. Cydonia kinda feels like Detroit, a manufacturing town that’s kinda dreary yet full of character. Neon is one of my favorites, reminds me of Las Vegas with all the lights, shady characters and most fitting for contemporary Vegas- corporate greed and espionage. New Atlantis lacks personality and feels kinda empty to me. The streets look generic, the architecture is uninspiring to me and the whole vibe is boring. Maybe this was intentional on Bethesdas part in which case bravo. But it’s just not a city I yearn to spend much time in. Also, for some reason the graphics in NA look really dated especially compared to the other cities that look gorgeous.
