Would SSO let me change my email?

Back in 2016 on Instagram I entered a lifetime star rider account giveaway and I won, I've played on this account ever since and even make star coin purchases, I want to change the email though, to my own email and I have no way of contacting the person who gave me the account as they've deleted their Instagram. If I contact SSO would they let me change the email?
